Donald J. Trump is one of the most successful property developers that this world has ever seen. He is also one of the greatest entrepreneurs and investors of all time with a net worth of $3 Billion.

Donald’s father, Fred Trump, handed Donald his very first project while he was still in college where Fred was in the real estate development game. Donald revitalised the foreclosed Swifton Village apartment complex in Cincinnati, Ohio transforming the 1200 unit complex with an occupancy rate of 66% to 100% within 12 months.

This was the beginning for Donald Trump as the Trump brand had expanded from hotels to books, beauty pageants, golf courses, and resorts. But in 2003 Trump became the host and executive producer for the NBC reality show, The Apprentice. Trump was paid a reported $3 million per episode after the first seasons much success making Donald Trump one of televisions highest paid personalities.

Trump’s much-anticipated visit to Australia has just been announced, as a three-city tour of the country will begin in November to speak at the ‘How To Think Like A Billionaire’ seminars. The Think Like a Billionaire Seminars will be held at Crown Palladium in Melbourne, Sydney Olympic Sports Centre and the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
